We will talk about the current situation of painless (epidural) childbirth in Japan and how to prepare for giving birth.

Anyone is welcome to join — those who are considering pregnancy, expectant mothers and fathers, and people who had a natural (or painless) delivery before but are considering a painless (or natural) delivery for their next birth.
