Nepali Baby Massage

In Nepal, babies receive massage 2–3 times a day, from their mothers or grandmothers to support healthy growth.♪

This is a rare opportunity in Japan to learn Nepali baby massage, gently taught by Zaya.

Mothers with babies aged 3 months to 1 year

＊Explanation will be in simple Japanese

＊Mats are provided, but please bring a bath towel
