We are warmly inviting expectant mothers and fathers to join our bilingual prenatal class designed especially for international families living in Japan.

This class will help you prepare for birth in Japan with more confidence and peace of mind.
We will gently and clearly cover:

• The flow of childbirth in Japan and common medical interventions
• How to spend time during labor & how partners can support
• Newborn basics & breastfeeding tips

🗣 You will also learn helpful Japanese words and phrases used during labor and birth.

🌿 Time for questions & open discussion
